[GM] Gm Helper Addon

I take no responsibility for creating this, Maven did, and he did a good job and it is a very helpful addon to have for a GM.

Basically all it does it put all the commands in a tool bar on your wow screen. Very handy and convenient at times.

Here is the link to it, I have it posted on megaupload which does scans of its stuff so rest assured it is safe.
Note: As i do not know what core we are using, this addon is for Arcemu core, if we use aspire i can get the aspire one.

I forgot to add, this is an addon just like any other addon.
To install it:

Put it in your Interface->Addons folder located within your WoW folder.
